Prevention & Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP)®
This program focuses on prevention of divorce and relationship enhancement. It is based upon over 20 years of research, most of which has been conducted at the University of Denver. While most people want a satisfying marriage that lasts a lifetime, couples today have about a 50% chance of getting divorced. Many other couples wind up staying together but end up unhappy for years. The PREP Approach is for all couples, from the newly involved to the long time partners, who want to learn the specific skills essential to a lasting love. Unlike other programs, PREP is NOT therapy or an encounter group experience. You will not be asked to share personal concerns with other members of the the class. PREP is a straightforward educational approach that teaches couples the skills and attitudes associated with good relationships.

    Building Your Own Theology
Today, more than ever, many of us find ourselves stating that we are spiritual but not religious. Yet, how many of us have truly sat with others and really discussed the way we think and behave within our own theological context. This class will help you do just that. It will be an exciting, experiential, and reflective class that will have you "Building Your Own Theology". Your faith and life will reap the benefits of this program. Everyone is welcome!
